Who we are

Ankurix is a digital agency based at HUDA Layout, Nallagandla, Hyderabad - 500019, Telangana, India. You can reach us at hello@getankurix.com.

What we collect

• When you contact us or use our tools (contact form, Build Your Site, Security Watch, our chat guide): the details you give us, such as your name, email, business name, phone number and what you are looking for.
• Business contact details from public sources. We sometimes write to businesses whose business email address is published on their own website or in a public business directory, to tell them about a problem we noticed with their website or about a service that may help. We only do this for business addresses, and we keep the record of where we found it.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, used for security and to limit abuse.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To reply to you, to provide the services you ask for, to run and secure our website, and to make occasional relevant business-to-business introductions. For business outreach our basis is our legitimate interest in offering services to businesses, balanced against your right to say no. We do not sell your data and we do not buy lists of private individuals' addresses.

Who sees it

Only us and the service providers that run our systems, such as our hosting, database and email providers. These providers process data for us under their own terms. Some are outside your country, including India and the United States.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and customer records are kept for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards. Outreach contacts are deleted if they do not respond within 12 months. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so that we do not contact you again by mistake.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you are, these rights come from India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the UK GDPR, or similar laws. To use any of them, email hello@getankurix.com and we will reply within 30 days. UK residents can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Stop our emails

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe here at any time. We act on every request straight away, and no later than 10 days.

Cookies

This site uses only a small amount of browser storage for features you use, such as staying signed in and remembering your chat language. We do not run advertising trackers.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top.
